Warranty certificates gain validity only after being approved by the relevant General Directorates; otherwise, they remain outside the scope of the warranty. When applications received by the General Directorates are evaluated, decisions are made to protect the consumer's material and moral interests if deemed necessary, and the relevant product for certification is examined, or reports from previously approved institutions, or all reports related to the product issued by other institutions and organizations are reviewed. Warranty certificate applications are made with an electronic signature from the Ministry's website and are approved with an electronic signature. The procedures and principles related to the application are announced on the Ministry's website. Additionally, for after-sales services, an after-sales service qualification certificate approved by the General Directorate is obtained.
