The brand research service within our service program is for your benefit to determine whether a similar product has been registered before you wish to register your brand, and if there is a similar one, to know and analyze which company it belongs to. Research will be conducted to see if there are similar products nationally or internationally that you want to present and protect as a brand. If you wish, you can also have this service done by the Turkish Patent Institute for a certain fee. TPE provides this preliminary research to you one week after your application.
Detailed Analysis
You can conduct this research yourself, but in such a case, you can only get results if the brand is identical to your product. If you apply to our company for a detailed analysis, our experts will provide the necessary preliminary research for you. When researching a brand, it should be examined in detail for its compliance with registration requirements. Furthermore, the phonetic aspect of the brand name should be examined, as well as whether there is a visual similarity in the sign or logo to be used. It should also be examined whether the brand you create is new and different from others.
